Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026. AtmosDays is provided by Eagle Eye Insights LLC ("we").

What we collect

• Your account: your email address, and your company name if you add one.
• Your jobsites: the name, address, dates and thresholds you enter. The address is sent to the US Census Bureau's free geocoder once to find its location.
• Your daily log: whether work was affected on a day, and your note.
• Billing: if you subscribe, Paddle (our payment provider) handles your payment details. We keep only Paddle's customer and subscription IDs and the subscription status.
• Sign-in: a random session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We store only a hash of it. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To run AtmosDays for you: look up weather for your jobsites, make your records and reports, send sign-in links, and, if you turn them on, send storm heads-up emails. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare: hosting and storage.
• Resend: sends sign-in and heads-up emails (receives your email address and the email text).
• Paddle: payments, invoices and sales tax, if you subscribe.
• The National Weather Service and NOAA receive only coordinates and station IDs. The US Census Bureau geocoder receives the jobsite address.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Deleting a jobsite deletes its daily log. Deleting your account (Account, then Delete account) deletes your account, jobsites and logs right away. Sign-in links expire after 20 minutes and are removed within a day.

Your choices

You can see, change, download (CSV) and delete everything you entered from within AtmosDays. For anything else, email contact@eagleeyeinsightsllc.com.
