Terms of service

Last updated: 21 October 2026. AtmosDays is provided by Eagle Eye Insights LLC ("we"). By creating an account you ("you") agree to these terms.

1. The service

AtmosDays keeps weather records for the jobsites you add from public NOAA and National Weather Service data, lets you keep a daily log next to them, and makes reports and storm summaries. Plans and prices are shown on the Account page. Paid plans are sold and billed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and refunds under its own terms.

2. What a record is, and is not

A weather record documents the weather at the nearest official station and compares it with NOAA's 1991-2020 normals. It does not decide whether any day or delay is excusable. That depends on your contract terms, notice requirements, the work actually affected and the schedule impact, which are for you, the other parties and any decision-maker. Records summarize public data and are not certified; certified copies are available from NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information. Storm reports are preliminary reports of storm exposure near an address and are not proof of damage. Forecasts and heads-ups can be wrong or late.

3. Your content

You own what you enter, including your daily log, and you are responsible for its accuracy. We use it only to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to break it, or use it to send email to people who didn't ask for it.

5. No warranty and limit of liability

AtmosDays is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the outcome of any claim or dispute, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for AtmosDays in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Ending

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Paddle's emails, and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
