14-day money-back

If you're not happy with a purchase, ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment. This covers a new subscription, a renewal and a PDF pack. No reason is needed.

How to ask

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, contact Paddle at paddle.net, or email us at contact@eagleeyeinsightsllc.com. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
